We know first-hand how difficult and personal anxiety can be. We’ve been there ourselves. At best, it’s annoying and unpleasant. At worst, it’s debilitating and isolating. We also understand how challenging it can be to get proper care. It’s expensive, time consuming, stigmatized and for many, just not available.
That’s where Pacifica comes in. Founded in 2014, we’re a devoted team in San Francisco building a self-help app for managing stress, anxiety and depression. Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with relaxation and wellness techniques, we believe in daily tools aimed at breaking the cycle of negative thoughts and emotions stress, anxiety and depression can cause. We’re not about quick-fixes or false promises. We are about real progress, a day at a time.
